Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions.
